Our client is a growing company in equipping and is seeking a responsible person to be their Warehouse Supervisor for their branch in Anjou.

The tasks:

  • Observe and coordinate the merchandise reception and shipment departments’ operations,
  • Efficiently manage a team,
  • Evaluate performances,
  • Address problems with corrective and disciplinary measures;
  • Regularly meet the team members to check their progress towards reaching goals,
  • Follow their performance, guide and consult them, as well as acknowledge their team or individual effort,
  • Train workers for their tasks, safety standards and company policies,
  • Take part in weekly continuous improvement meetings,
  • Take part in receiving and shipping when necessary,
  • Carry out any other tasks similar to the position.

The requirements:

  • High school diploma.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in supervising a warehouse.
  • Good bilingualism, both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge in MS Office – Excel & Word.

  • Have leadership and be able to motivate their team.
  • Take initiative.
  • Have excellent planning and organization skills.

Salary: 45000$ to 55000$ per year based on experience

Schedule: Day shift.
