One of our clients in Ville Saint-Laurent is currently looking for a warehouse supervisor for a long-term position.

The tasks consist of:

  • Planning operations and resources for merchandise reception.
  • Distributing tasks to the employees of your team based on priorities.
  • Creating and implementing performance indicators.
  • Greeting and training new employees.
  • Completely managing receptions (directly for the day shift and indirectly for the other shifts).
  • Being mindful of Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Preparing the plan for the next day.
  • Carrying-out any other similar tasks distributed by the warehouse manager.

The ideal candidate and requirements:

  • Competencies to plan operations.
  • Flexible to work Saturdays between June and December.
  • Able to work in an environment high amounts of activities.
  • Comfortable managing around thirty employees.
  • Able to work under pressure and to do many tasks at once.

Salary: 23$ per hour

Schedule: Day / from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM
