Warehouse Manager – Day shift #623

We are currently seeking a warehouse manager for the day shift.

The main tasks:

• Work closely with our client’s warehouse managers.
• Integrate new employees and do the necessary follow ups.
• Manage the employees’ attendance and performance.
• Train and coach employees to reach company goals.
• Do continuous improvement meetings and take corrective measures while looking at performance indicators.
• Ensure that the employees follow company safety standards and that the workplace is safe.
• Any other tasks related to the position.

Requirements:

• Experience in staff management.
• Comfortable working with computers.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Being available to work Saturdays when needed.

Salary: 60 000$ to 70 000$ per year.

Schedule: Day shift (Monday to Friday), full time.

Status: Permanent.
