Our client is a company specializing in high-end furniture retail and is seeking someone to be their permanent warehouse director.

Main functions:

• Plan, organize, manage and control daily warehouse operations
• Ensure that everything is the warehouse runs smoothly
• Improve the logistic chain’s performance
• Ensure that an impeccable service is offered to customers
• Plan and follow-up on goals.
• Be in charge of inventory
• Manage a team of 6 to 8 people
• Maintain good relations
• Carry out any other tasks required for the position

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in administration or relevant experience
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in operations management
• Excellent oral communication skills in both French and English
• Very good stress management
• Being able to manage many responsibilities at once 
• Being focused on continuous improvement
• Good understanding of budgets 

Salary: 45 000$ to 50 000$ per year based on experience

Schedule: Day / Monday to Friday

Status: Permanent
