Located in Drummondville, our client is a company renowned across North America, with over 30 years in specializing in the painting field. They are currently looking for a Full Stack VB.NET developer who will be in charge of the ERP systems, to completed their team and expand with them. The candidate will work with another developer, in a French-speaking environment, for this company of around 200 employees.

Your tasks consist of:

• Being part of the evolution and maintenance of the data management systems.
• Analyzing and identifying the company’s computer needs and the project specifics.
• Overseeing the program’ and IT services’ quality.
• Modifying, creating and implementing new applications or features with the modern technology.
• Ensuring that the computer equipment is working properly.
• Working according to the written specifications to cover all the job’s functions.
• Training and technically supporting software users.
• Maintaining the current software system codes by identifying and correcting software faults.
• Studying and developing skills in new technology.
• Collaborating with other teams and managers.
• Carrying out any other similar tasks.

Requirements:

• DCS, Bachelor’s degree or similar studies in Computer Science/Programming.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Extensive knowledge in development with VB.NET.
• Know how to manage the MS SQL Server and knowledge in SQL language.
• Extensive knowledge in creating a process (mapping) and implementation.
• Understanding of the ERP systems and their structure.
• Creating attractive and simple user interfaces.
• Using modern technology.
• Excellent knowledge in French and practical knowledge in English.

Salary: 55 000 $ to 70 000 $ per year, based on experience.

Schedule: Day, 8 AM to 5 PM / 40 hours per week.

Status: Permanent
