Technical Manager - Pest Management #538

Are you an expert in pest control? Do you want to manage a team and daily operations? We have what you are looking for! Our client in Montreal is a growing company and has been in business for about 30 years. They are currently looking for a technical manager to join their team.

The tasks consist of:

• Supervising and managing daily operations;
• Managing a team of around ten technicians on the field;
• Ensuring that the technical service has the resources and equipment necessary to meet clients’ needs;
• Establishing and ensuring the staff’s performance;
• Establishing and ensuring that control quality standards are met;
• Developing and maintaining positive business relations in the industry and with the clientele;
• Evaluating the installation cost for pigeon control systems and/or fumigation;
• Creating plans to efficiently use equipment;
• Ensuring the coordination of specials tasks and also participating if needed;
• Doing related tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a pest management technician.
• Experience in team management.
• CD5 license – essential.
• CD6 license and/or experience in bird control – a great asset.
• Good knowledge of Office.
• GMP Certification is an excellent asset.

Salary: To be discussed, based on experience. 

Schedule: Day / Full-time.
