• Organize and follow the production.
• Supervise and assign tasks to the employees you are in charge of.
• Do the continuous training to optimize the efficiency of every one of your employees.
• Create a plan to maximize operational efficiency.
• Help your team reach the department goals; ready to work outside when necessary.
• Contact different departments and include their priorities when organizing tasks.
• Carry out any other tasks related to the position.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in team management.
• Experience in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of metals, an asset.

Salary: 50 000$ to 55 000$ per year, based on experience.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4pm
