Our client in Dollard-des-Ormeaux is currently looking for two (2) team leaders to manage a new division. We are looking for a team leader for the day shift and another for the evening shift.

This is a great opportunity for permanent positions within a growing company!

Tasks:

• Coordinate and respect the production schedule and the substitution breaks.
• Assemble and adjust the production equipment to ensure product quality, reduce losses and optimize productivity.
• Train employees.
• Act as support in the development and implementation of processes.
• Enforce the quality management program (HACCP) to ensure the quality and food safety of the manufactured products.
• Make sure employees respect health and safety standards.
• Provide support to the supervisor to perform various tasks (production report, attendance list, supervision on the floor in the absence of the supervisor, etc.).
• Participate to the continuous improvement meetings.
• Be in contact with the service departments: maintenance, cooking, warehouses, etc.
• Coordinate the production changes if necessary.
• Help your team achieve the objectives of the department.
• Record downtimes and loss with a software.

Schedule: Evening, 1pm to 11pm / Saturday to Tuesday /32 hours per week / Flextime
