One of our clients, an expanding company located in Montreal, is currently looking for a reliable person to fill the position of team leader in order to supervise their warehouse.

Your main tasks involve training new employees, unsure the norms of hygiene and safety at work is properly followed, motivate the employees and all other tasks related to the position.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Leadership and good communicator;
  • Dynamic and able to work as a team;
  • Able to manage stress;
  • Polyvalent and sense of anticipation.

Requirements:

  • High school completed;
  • Experience working in a warehouse;
  • 1 year of experience as a supervisor;
  • Bilingual –an asset.

Salary: Between 18$ and 20$ per hour, based on experience.

Schedule: Day, from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

Status: Temporary with the possibility of permanence.
