We are currently looking for a talent acquisition consultant for the weekend shift.

The main tasks:

• Visit clients to target available positions.
• Write ads so they can be attractive.
• Actively try to find candidates by using specialized job sites.
• Develop professional network (schools, community organization, job fairs, etc.).
• Do telephone and in-person interviews.
• Pass tests to better understand the selected candidate’s profile.
• Prepare and complete files (references, pre-employment verifications, etc.).
• Integrate new candidates and follow-ups if necessary.
• Manage employees’ attendance and performance.
• Ensure that the employees respect the company’s safety standards and that the work space is safe.
• Do other tasks related to the position.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, personnel recruitment and/or customer service.
• Bilingualism – oral and written.
• Great availability to move around in the metropolitan region.
• Valid driver’s license.

Salary: Competitive salary

Schedule: Weekend, Friday to Monday / Full-time

Status: Permanent
