We are seeking a talent acquisition consultant to join their team in the industrial staffing department!

Bedard Resources is a placement agency specializing in the recruitment of personnel and human resources.
Founded in 1996, we offer permanent and temporary jobs in various sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews in the industrial sector (high volume);
• Place candidates in the industrial sector;
• Follow-up with candidates on the position and with the clients;
• Manage employees;
• Carry out business developments;
• Visit clients in factories;
• Accompany (transport) candidates (if necessary);
• Any other similar tasks.

Requirements:

• High school diploma completed.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or customer service.
• Experience in the industrial sector, an asset.
• Good level of bilingualism.
• Access to a vehicle.
• Good driving record – proof will be required.
