With 2 buildings and many services to offer, this company is seeking a Systems and Network Administrator who will act as a resource person for anything related to computers.

The IT specialist will be in charge of the material and making sure that the computer systems and network work properly. They will work in their St-Hubert office but support the Laval one, always for the company employees.

Your tasks consist of:

Acting as a Systems and Network Administrator.

• Integrate, install and set-up the network and applications.
• Manage, troubleshoot, maintain and enhance the company network.
• Give computer supper to users.
• Maintain and install networks and servers.
• Ensure that the network is secure.
• Write deployment procedures and many technical documents.
• Maintain mobile devices and equipment.
• Manage the telephone system.
• Be part of the network evolution and establishment of new material and software.
• Diagnose and handle level 1 to 3 incidents.
• Suggest computer solutions to the executive.
• Complete any other similar tasks.

Requirements:

• Expert in:

  • Networking, Servers Windows, Active Directory, Messaging, Virtualization, Windows Systems, Firewall, Troubleshoots, Security/Monitoring, Anti-Virus, Troubleshoots and Restorations, Storage, Hardware.
  • Linux/Unix and Cisco (assets).
• Being available for occasional overtime.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle – Rare travels to Laval.
• DCS or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar position.
• Very good level of bilingualism (French and English – spoken and written).

Salary: 65 000$ per year.

Schedule: Day / 7:30 AM to 4 PM.
