Our client, located in Montreal, is currently looking for a supply technician.

Administrative tasks:

• Prepare work tenders ;
• Help managers issue and follow-up on contracts;
• Gather important information by using different methods;
• Update the providers’ bank and important files;
• Do some price inquiries and ensuring the follow-up;
• Open orders in the system;
• Follow-up on transactions and trackings on the SAP software;
• Writing different reports (performance indicator, sourcing plans, etc.) according to data from the line of business;
• Other tasks related to the position.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be organized and have great analytical ability.

Requirements:

• Diploma of college studies in technical accounting or AEC in supply chain management or the equivalent.
• At least 3 year of experience in a similar position.
• Great communication skills, oral and written.
• Great knowledge of SAP, an asset.

Salary: 30$ to 38$ per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule: Day.

Status: Temporary (indefinite period).
