URGENT- Our client is seeking a supply specialist – aftermarket service to a temporary mandate, with a quick job start, 6 months with possible extension. The supply specialist is responsible for managing the aftermarket service supply process, working with buyers to find good suppliers, sending quote requests, receiving tenders and entering data in the ERP system for buyers, to help increase efficiency.

Reporting to the heave of the Supply Services, your responsibilities are to:

  • Identify and develop new suppliers with the amenities buyer, to meet all aftermarket needs.
  • Support the request for quotation (RFQ) for supplying initiatives.
  • Optimize the cost or plan to meet the target cost.
  • Ensure that the product strategy is well aligned on the offer / quote, use the privileged suppliers’ base, and meet the other supply requirements of the client.
  • Manage the risks of after sales supplying.
  • Develop a feasibility study of the calendar for spare parts delivery.
  • Support the suppliers’ efforts to issue mew aftermarket products.
  • Support the initiative for the supply after sales market and the different changes in developing components and the internal units.
  • Take part in the continuous training and networking in a professional environment.
  • To do any other required tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in aftermarket and in the global industrial environment.
  • Bachelors’ degree in a related field of expertise.
  • Extensive knowledge in MS Office. (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to understand and interpret complex designs.
  • Ability to travel when needed, mostly in the United States.
  • Extensive knowledge in the MRP systems (Oracle).
  • Knowledge of the quality system.
  • Being perfectly bilingual (English-French).

Salary: 35$ to 50$ per hour based on experience

Schedule: Day / Flexible schedule / 40 hours per week

Status: Temporary (6 months with possible permanence)
