Our Mississauga’s office is currently seeking a staffing consultant to take on staffing mandates in the industrial field! We are seeking a proactive and autonomous individual with some experience in recruitment and who has great knowledge of the Greater Toronto Area.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Analyse the clients’ needs and prepare the job postings;
• Sort the CV received per position;
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews;
• Place candidates in the industrial field (laborers, warehouse clerk, production helpers, etc.);
• Follow up with candidates and clients;
• Drive employee to their workplace;
• Foster long lasting relationships with your clients and candidates;
• Other related tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment;
• Experience in high volume recruitment is an asset;
• Excellent knowledge of the Greater Toronto Area;
• Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel);
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an asset;
• Available to work nights and weekends, occasionally;
• Access to a vehicle to be able to visit existing and potential clients.

Salary: To be discussed (Base salary + Commissions)
