Our client is an important distribution center that ships merchandise across Canada and is looking to a shipment team leader.

Reporting to the shipping manager, the main tasks consist of:

  • Ensuring that your team is able to prepare merchandise shipment on time
  • Following-up with employees on work techniques during order preparation and verifying them
  • Using a scanner and forwarding information to the rest of the team
  • Taking note of the shipment orders in the system and doing a verbal report at the end of the day to the evening manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in training or coaching a new employee
  • Able to provide some physical effort.
  • Able to communicate in French or English with your teammates

Salary: 14$ to 17$ per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Day, from 7 AM to 3:30 PM

Status: Long term, stable
