Reporting to the president, the job consists of supervising all operations and staff in the Laval factory.

• Issue and apply procedures and controls necessary for evaluating performance in relation to the company objectives and standards.
• Manage employees.
• Identify the source of waste and suggest constructive solutions.
• Improve work methods by optimizing the department.
• Beat service calls deadlines.
• Issue continuous improvement strategies.
• Follow-up on quotes and contracts.
• Follow-up with the executive and other department managers.
• Ensure that the occupational health and safety procedures are being followed.
• Manage department budgets.
• Any other tasks required for the position

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service (management position)
• Extensive knowledge in French and English (spoken and written)
• Extensive knowledge in MS Office
• Knowledge in the different ERP systems
• Experience in ISO, an asset

Salary: 45 000$ to 55 000 $ per year

Schedule: Day/ 37.5hrs per week
