A company well-known in the field of heavy equipment is currently hiring. We are seeking someone to assist the service director. If you are very responsible, have interpersonal skills and are able to create strong interpersonal relations, our clients are waiting for you!

In the service department, you will have to:

• Answer customer service calls.
• Coordinate and distribute the work logistics that need to be done by the technicians (schedule, clients, repairs, etc.)
• Manage the vehicle fleet (training on the logbook, vehicle conformity, SAAQ, etc.)
• Plan the machine deliveries to clients.
• Follow-up on the current work.
• Write many reports and keep the vehicle warranty files up to date.
• Verify the time sheets.
• Verify that the work orders are open and closed.
• Any other administrative and technical tasks related to the department.

Requirements:

• DCS in administration.
• Extensive knowledge in MS Office.
• Comfortable in a computer-based environment (house system)
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a coordinating position.
• Experience and/or interest in general mechanics – a great asset.
• Experience in the heavy trucks industry – ideal.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry – an asset
• Functional bilingualism

Salary: Up to 65 000$ per year based on your experience and qualifications

Schedule: Day / 40hrs per week / Possibility of starting at 6 AM
