Our client, whose head office is located in the heart of Montreal, is currently looking for a senior technician in quality control (commercial planning) to complete their team of over 200 collaborators. Our client is an architecture, design and engineer firm known throughout North America.

Under the supervision of the commercial planning director, you will:

• Supervise your team of technicians in commercial planning.
• Follow and supervise the standards AutoCAD and Revit in the production of drawings.
• Be responsible for the interpretation of the physical and legislative components of the projects.
• Guide the technician teams during the projects and supervise the establishment of the work plans.
• Act as a resource person in detail creation, respecting the norms and standards of construction.
• Ensure quality control of the plans and ensure professional responsibility of the organization.
• Offer general recommendations in order to improve the process.

Requirements:

• College diploma in architecture of equivalent training (DEC).
• 15 years of experience in a similar position (commercial planning).
• Experience in an architecture firm.
• Knowledge of the Revit and AutoCAD software.
• Bilingual – requirement (spoken and written).

Salary: Competitive salary, based on candidate’s experience

Schedule: Variable based on the projects and very flexible based on candidate’s requests.

Status: Permanent
