We are seeking a customer service representative who wants new responsibilities like staff management!

Main functions:

  • Take calls and answer them according the clients’ questions.
  • Carry out team leader tasks; modifying the schedules, greeting and integrating new agents, disciplinary measures, etc.,
  • Coordinate and train new employees.
  • Train your team.
  • Constantly follow-up on the employees’ evolution (continuous training).
  • Ensure that the customer service agents reach their goals.
  • Follow performance statistics.
  • Ensure that the call center’s quality assurance and that everything is working properly.
  • Any other similar tasks required for the position.

Requirements:

  • DCS in administration.
  • At least 5 years of experience call centers.
  • Be comfortable working in a computer-based environment.
  • Good communication in French, spoken and written.
  • Functional English.

Salary: Competitive salary according to qualifications and experience.

Schedule: Day, 37.5 hours per week – be available at least 1 evening per week, weekends on rotation.

Status: Permanent.
