A land surveyor firm in Montreal is currently looking for somebody who wants to work for a company for long-term. Are you the type of person who wants to bring change and new ideas to your employer? Our client is waiting for you!

Responsibilities:

• Go through the entire accounting cycle;
• Manage and deal with payables and receivables;
• Make bank reconciliations;
• Code and record invoices;
• Register book entry in the journal;
• Be part of the process at the end of the month;
• Do TPS/TVQ/DAS reports;
• Help the payroll process (verify hours worked, assigned projects, data entry, billing fee/service provided, etc.);
• Other related tasks (accounting and administrative).

Requirements:

• Academic training in accounting – an asset;
• Minimum 3 years of experience as accounting technician;
• Excellent French – Oral and written;
• Great skills in Excel;
• Knowledge of Avantage software -an asset;
• Able to communicate in English.

Salary: 45 000$ per year, according to experience

Schedule: Flexible schedule / 40h to do, between 7am to 6pm

Status: Permanent
