Our client is a PME located in the Montreal area and in full growth, and is looking for a saw operator in the metal industry.  

Main features:

  • Operate and execute tasks with the cutting saws.
  • Read and interpret plans.
  • Measure and cut pieces according to the engineering plan.
  • Ensure that the saws work properly.
  • Keep your work space clean and safe.
  • Use a bridge crane or a forklift, based on the need.
  • Carry out any other similar tasks.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or the equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Able to read and interpret plans.

Salary: 15$ to 18$ per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Evening, Monday to Thursday from noon to 9 PM, Friday from noon to 6 PM

Status: Permanent
