Located in Laval, a company in the field of HVAC is offering 4 weeks of vacation per year, 5 sick days after 1 year as well as an opportunity to gain new responsibilities.

Reporting to the president, your role will essentially consist of structuring the sales department and supervising all its the operations and staff

Functions:

  • Manage service calls (repair and maintenance).
  • Manage employees
  • Optimize the work organization of the department, issue new procedures and continuous improvements.
  • Evaluate and analyze project profitability (estimated time, work done, etc.) and of the department.
  • Evaluate the performance according to the company objectives and standards (sales and services department).
  • Oversee the deadlines of the service calls.
  • Analyze contracts and follow-up on service calls to recommend new services.
  • Follow-up on submissions and contracts to give recommendations to the president.
  • Ensure that the occupational health and safety procedures are being followed as well as the training of employees.
  • Prepare, analyze and present annual budgets to the executives.
  • Regularly contact the executive, service and project department
  • Any other tasks required for the position

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a management position (sales, operations).
  • Extensive knowledge in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Extensive knowledge in the suite MS office.
  • Experience in the field of construction -an asset.
  • Experience in maintenance and repair – an asset.

Salary: 45 000$ to 55 000$ per year based on experience
