Sales and Marketing Assistant

A growing company in the Home Fashion industry is looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant. They offer with health care benefits, opportunity for advancement and

What you will do :

• Assist in all aspects of Sales and Marketing tasks, including support, development and distribution of marketing and sales materials.
• Ensure that all sales and market materials are properly executed and communicated with internal department and sales rep
• Co-ordinate samples for reps
• Assist with product market research, print and promotional projects
• Responsible for website- maintenance, usability, content, activity
• Assist in planning and execution of social media campaigns
• Responsible to set up price list into company's sales system and ensure that all reports are classified in an organized and efficient manner

Job Requirements:

• 2-4 years in the consumer goods industry or in a similar position, with an ERP system.
• Must be fluent in French and English, written and verbal
• Excellent knowledge of Excel,  Word, Powerpoint, Photoshop an asset
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional level of planning and organizing.
• Ability to operate under pressure, multi task and meet deadlines.
