Our client, a transport company located in Pointe-Claire, is looking for someone independent to be a returns and claims clerk.

Main tasks:

  • Enter data in the computerized system.
  • Write reports.
  • Answer and handle calls from clients.
  • Fill out claim forms.
  • Solve claim-related problems.
  • Do any other tasks in this position.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
  • Comfortable working in a computer-based environment.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Knowledge of AS 400, an asset.

Salary: 16$ per hour

Schedule: Day, from 7:30am to 4:30pm
