We are currently seeking a dynamic person with an excellent attitude to join our team in the South Shore, Longueuil. As a Representative, you will be in charge of the full hiring process. Your responsibilities will be split as such, around 50% in office and 50% on the road. 

Responsibilities: 

• Do the full staff hiring process
• Create business relations with our partners in order to maximise our services
• Evaluate different profiles
• Do CSST prevention.
• Conduct interviews in the industrial sector (high volume).
• Enter data in the candidates’ files.
• Research candidates in our database.
• Always make sure that the candidate bank is available.
• Follow-up with candidates on the position and with the clients.
• Accompany (transport) candidates (if necessary).
• Take part in many job fairs or any other promotional activities for Bedard Resources
• Any other similar tasks.

Requirements:

• DCS completed.
• Experience working in the industrial sector, an asset.
• Experience managing a staff or in sales, an asset
• Good level of bilingualism.
• Access to a vehicle.
• Good driving record – proof will be required.

Salary: 40 000$ to 55 000$ per year plus bonus

Schedule: Day

Status: Permanent.
