You think you can be the right fit for this company? Great, because we are currently looking for a human resources consultant for our office in the east of Montréal (Pie-IX)! We are looking for a person who has good experience in sales, customer service, in the industrial field or in human resources. Hurry, this position must be filled quickly!

Your main tasks:

• Place candidates in the industrial field (laborers, warehouse clerk, production helpers, etc.);
• Follow up with candidates and clients;
• Coordinate the employees;
• Conduct interviews;
• Perform business development;
• Visit clients in the warehouse;
• Do road tests in our warehouse and at the clients’ warehouse;
• Conduct practical and theoretical training;
• Other related tasks.

Requirement:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in sales or in the industrial field;
• Experience in forklift driving (mandatory);
• Familiar with forklift drivers, forklifts and safety at work in the industrial field;
• Must have access to a vehicle;
• Must have a clean driving record – proof will be required.
• Bilingualism (oral, French and English).

Salary: Depending on experience.

Schedule: Day shift, flexible hours.
