Located in Laval, our client is a company thriving in the healthcare network and is currently looking for a talent acquisition consultant to join their growing team. They provide a group RRSP, group insurance and paid sick days. Take a chance before this position is filled!

You will be responsible to do the entire recruitment process, therefore:

• Create, write and publish available job offers;
• Analyse received resumes and do a telephone interview;
• Call in candidates for an interview;
• Create the candidates’ and clients’ files.
• Follow-up on external employees’ presence and integration, and resolve problems related to their integration;
• Follow-up, manage and negotiate salaries;
• Follow-up with the HR file (employment contract, signing the contract, etc.);
• Create new recruitment strategies;
• Take part in job fairs and networking events;
• Develop partner relations with different training schools;
• Promote the company on many social media;
• Take care of other responsibilities related to recruitment and human resources.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in human resources management/Industrial relations or related training;
• At least 5 years of experience in a role of recruitment;
• Experience in a staffing agency, an asset;
• Experience in a healthcare network, an asset;
• Great knowledge in MS Office;
• Excellent knowledge of French;
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle – The position may require occasional traveling across Quebec.

Salary: 40 000$ to 55 000$ per year, based on experience and qualification

Schedule: 37.5 hours per week / flexible schedule

Status: Permanent
