Main responsibilities: 

• Conduct interviews (high volume of recruitment);
• Place candidates in the industrial sector (general laborer, warehouse worker, production worker, etc);
• Coordinate the employees;
• Follow-up with the candidates in their position and with the clients;
• Help with business development;
• Visit the clients at the warehouse;
• All other tasks related to the position.

Requirements:

• High school degree of Vocation Degree.
• 2 years of experience in the industrial filed or/in customer service.
• Have access to a car.
• Have a good driving record - proof will be required.
• Bilingual (spoken) – English and French.

Salary : Base salary + Bonus + Social benefits

Schedule : Day shift / Full time
