Do you see yourself working here? Great, we are currently looking for a recruitment consultant to join our industrial team in our Québec office! We are looking for someone with recruitment experience and is passionate about employee management! You do not have experience in recruitment or in an agency? No problem, we will train you!

Hurry, this position must be filled quickly!

Main tasks: 

• Temporarily place candidates in the industrial field (labourer, warehouse clerk, production helper, etc.);
• Do permanent placements in the industrial field and specialized jobs;
• Manage temporary employees at our clients’;
• Follow up with candidates and clients;
• Conduct interviews;
• Perform business development;
• Visit clients;
• Other related tasks.

Requirements:

• Have at least a high school diploma;
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the work market;
• Good experience in management, sales or in the industrial sector;
• 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment;
• Agency or recruitment experience at high volume (an asset);
• Recruitment experience in the industrial field (an asset);
• Have access to a vehicle;
• Have a good driving record – proof is required.

Salary: Based on experience + bonus.

Schedule: Day / Full-time. 

Status: Permanent.
