You think you can be the right fit for this company? Great, because we are currently looking for a consultant for our office in Côte-des-Neiges in Montreal. We are looking for a person who has good experience in customer service or in the industrial field rather than in human resources.

Tasks :

• Supervise our employees working at our client’s.
• Welcome the employees every morning.
• Answer the employees’ questions (pay, request, vacation, etc.).
• Attend meetings with the clients concerning the attendance and performance of the employees and communicate the changes to the employees.
• Conduct disciplinary follow-ups.
• Evaluate the employees on their performance, attendance and attitude to determine advancement potentials.
• Ensure that the equipment of all employees are adequate and safe.
• All other tasks related to the position.
