Business is blooming for our Mississauga’s office, therefore we need to expand once again our dynamic team! We are currently seeking a recruitment consultant to manage temporary staffing mandates in the transportation field! We are seeking a proactive and autonomous people’s person who is ready to tackle a new stimulating challenge by joining our fast growing company!

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Analyse the clients’ needs and prepare the job postings;
• Sort the CV received per position;
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews;
• Place candidates in the transportation field (forklift operators, general laborer, etc.);
• Follow up with candidates and clients;
• Drive employee to their workplace, when needed;
• Foster long lasting relationships with your clients and candidates;
• Other related tasks.

Requirements:

• Experience in the transportation/logistics’ field (could be as a sales representative, as a team lead, as an operator, as a logistics coordinator, etc.)
• Access to a vehicle to be able to visit existing and potential clients.

Salary: Competitive (Base salary + Commissions)

Schedule: Full-time / Monday to Friday

Status: Permanent
