Our client, a well-established private company specialized in the aviation world located in Ville Saint-Laurent, is looking for a recruiter/coordinator (pilots / flight attendants division).

This is perfect position for a multilingual individual that has travelled or loves the travelling tourism world… you will be at the center of the world.

The main tasks:

• Develop and maintain professional relationship with crew members.
• Maintain a bank of potential candidates for different positions and be aware of plans and projects.
• Recruit crew members.
• Identify and apply strategies for recruiting.
• Negotiate pay rates and prepare service agreements.
• Review documents to make sure all are valid (license, passport and logbook).
• Maintain information and notes.
• Any other tasks related to the position.

Requirements:

• Experience in a placement agency or travel agency.
• Bilingualism, English is a must.
• Good knowledge in MS Office.

Salary: 38 000$ to 40 000$ per year plus full fringe benefits

Schedule: Day / 40 hours per week

Status: Permanent
