Our New Westminster’s office is currently seeking a recruiter consultant to join its team! We are seeking a proactive and autonomous individual with the desire to learn! Our ideal candidate would be an outgoing person who like to meet people, create new contact and looking for success.

You would have to do a complete cycle recruitment, searched and built pools of qualified candidates to deliver the best staffing solution to key clients mostly in the production/industrial, customer service and administrative fields. Bedard Resources has the ideal position for you!

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Foster long lasting relationships with your clients and candidates;
• Recruit and place candidates in the industrial field (laborers, warehouse clerk, production helpers, etc.);
• Follow up with candidates and clients;
• Manage employees (schedules, attendance, payroll issues, disciplinary measures, etc.);
• Visit our clients’ sites and bring the employees to work, when needed;
• Conduct business development activities including the identification and development of new customers;
• Other related tasks.

Required profile:

• Proactive and autonomous;
• Good sales skills;
• Positive attitude and open-minded;
• Motivated and dynamic;
• Teamwork oriented;
• Excellent ability to work under pressure;
• A minimum of experience in management (team leader, assistant-manager, manager, etc.);
• Experience in a skilled trade or in the industrial field (general labourer, warehouse clerk, etc.) is an asset;
• Access to a vehicle to be able to visit existing and potential clients is an asset
• Valid license permit mandatory.
• French language (an asset)

Salary: Base salary + commission

Schedule: Full-time

Status: Permanent
