Tasks:

• Greet visitors, providers and internal employees.
• Answer and handle calls.
• Sort and distribute mail.
• Receive and send packages by FedEx and Purolator.
• Reserve and prepare meeting rooms.
• Verify bills and send them to clients.
• Order office furniture.
• Other related tasks.

Requirements:

• Great knowledge in MS Office.
• At least 1 year of experience as a receptionist.
• Experience in the industrial field.
• Perfectly bilingual.

Salary: 40 000$ per year

Schedule: Day, 8:30am to 5pm / 1 hour lunch

Status: Temporary, 4 month contract
