Bedard Resources is currently looking for a resourceful person to join their team as a customer service agent in their Laval office.

Tasks:                                   

• Answer incoming calls and inform the clientele of our services;
• Greet clients on site;
• Have people write tests;
• Carry out many reports on Excel;
• Offer administrative support to the team.

Requirements:                                                

• Minimum 2 years of experience;
• High school diploma or DVS in secretariat or in any other studies related to the position;
• Experience in a similar position (high volume of calls and visitors).
• Extensive knowledge in Office.
• Bilingualism, an asset.

Salary: To be discussed

Schedule: Day/ Monday to Friday / 40h per week.
