ÉKLA, a new residence for retirees that opened July 1 2017, is currently seeking a receptionist to build its new team. You have minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position or in customer service, and you like talking to the public? Hurry and send us your application as soon as possible!

Your challenge:

  • Give a good warm welcome to residents and our visitors, whether it be at the reception or on the phone;
  • Help doing other services to control information circulation in the residence;
  • Do required administrative tasks;

Required profile:

  • Good customer service;
  • Good team spirit;
  • Excellent organizational skills.

Requirements:

  • DVS in secretarial studies or in office automation (asset);
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or in a similar position;
  • Good knowledge MS Office;
  • Have no legal impediment related to the position. 

Salary: 13$ to 14$ per hour.

Schedule: Day, evening and weekend / many work shifts available.

Status: Permanent  / Position starts as soon as possible.
