Receptionist #2029

Bedard Resources is currently looking for a receptionist to join the team at our office in Côte-des-Neiges.

Are you reliable, cheerful and focused on customer service? Do you have experience in a similar position that involves high volume of calls and visitors? We have the position you need!

Main responsibilities:              

• Greeting candidates;
• Doing registrations, passing the tests and assistance candidates at all times;
• Receiving and handling phone calls in a professional manner (high volume calls);
• Doing entry data in our system;
• Completing different Excel reports;
• All other tasks related to the position.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position (high volume phone calls and visitors).
• Bilingualism, oral and written.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Salary: To be discussed (plus social benefits)

Schedule: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm | Thursday and Friday: 10am to 7pm)

Status: Permanent
