Our client has been in business for over 50 years in Trois-Rivières and specializes in the field of merchandise transportation for their clients in East of Quebec, Québec and Ontario.

Task description: 

  • Greet, guide and help visitors.
  • Receive, transfer and take telephone messages.
  • Make any type of reservations for traveling staff.
  • Take care of mail, invoices and order to deliver.
  • Many other similar tasks.

The ideal candidate will:

Requirements:

  • Training in accounting and/or anything seen as relevant (DVS, DCS, ACS).
  • Perfect bilingualism English-French, both spoken and written.
  • 2 years of experience as a receptionist.
  • Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Salary: 15$ per hour.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM / 37.5h/week.

Status: Temporary, indefinite.
