The tasks:

• Greet clients and providers;
• Enter data in the computer system;
• Answer questions by telephone and handle the mail;
• Write reports and documents according to the managers’ needs;
• Manage the emails;
• Receive and send packages;
• Carry out any other tasks related to administration or the organization needs.

The requirements:

• DCS in secretariat or other similar studies.
• At least 2 years of experience in a field similar or related to the manufacturing or factory sector.
• Extensive knowledge in French, spoken and written.
• Extensive basic knowledge in English, spoken and written.
• Knowledge in MS Office.
• Able to work in a team.
• Have a sense of urgency and priorities.
• Excellent customer service.

Salary: 15$ per hour.

Schedule: Day, from Monday to Friday / 8 AM to 4:30 PM
