Our client in the field of transport is seeking a resourceful and multi-skilled person to fill the position of rate setting clerk for their office in Dorval.

The tasks:

  • Send transport related ratings to clients,
  • Take part in billing,
  • Enter data,
  • Occasionally take care of customer service,
  • Carry out any other tasks related to the position.

The requirements:

  • High school diploma.
  • Minimum two years of experience in billing or in a similar environment.
  • Experience in the field of transport, an asset.
  • Good bilingualism, both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge in computers – Excel & Word.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be self-efficient
  • Have excellent planning and organizing skills
  • Be able to do calculations.

Salary: 16$ per hour

Schedule: Day shift.

Status: Temporary, maternity leave replacement
