Administrative tasks:

  • Give administrative support to the purchasing department.
  • Handle emails and calls from providers.
  • Classify invoices.
  • Enter data in the computer system.
  • Other related tasks.

The ideal candidate will be:

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience as a purchasing clerk.
  • Good knowledge of Office.
  • Bilingualism, mandatory.

Salary: 15$ to 20$ per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Day, from 7:30am to 4pm (30 minute lunch) / Monday to Friday

Status: 3 month contract
