Your tasks include:

  • Entering data (clients, orders) in the computer system.
  • Keeping the price lists up to date.
  • Doing service calls.
  • Creating purchase orders and sending them to suppliers.
  • Confirming orders and following up on their delivery.
  • Informing clients when there has been modifications in delivery dates.
  • Receiving orders and making sure that the prices and the material received are exact.
  • Organizing pickups and deliveries.
  • Ordering office furniture, when needed.
  • Any other tasks required for the position.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience as a purchasing clerk.
  • Good level of bilingualism.
  • Good knowledge in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Salary: 13$ to 14$, based on experience

Schedule: Day shift, from 8 AM to 5 PM

Status: Temporary with possible permanence
