Our client, located in Montreal and specializing in the manufacturing field, is currently looking for a production Supervisor to join their dynamic team.

Responsabilities and main tasks:

• In charge of personnel management (recruitment, welcoming of new employees, training, disciplinary measures);
• Managing operations for the evening shift (assembly, receiving, shipping, order preparation, etc.), as well as follow-up to respect the production delays;
• Keeping an up-to-date inventory;
• Analyzing KPIs;
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement process (Lean Manufacturing, 5S);
• Work closely and in collaboration with the engineering, sales, and planning departments.

Requirements :

• Related technical college diploma,
• APICS (an asset),
• Minimum 5 years of previous related experience in the manufacturing industry,
• Sense of responsibility,
• Bilingualism,
• Ability to take decision rapidly,
• Good judgment,
• Keen sense of analytics,
• Ability to work in a computerized environment (MRP-an asset),
• Ability to solve conflicts and difficult situations,
• Being able to work on different projects simultaneously.

Salary: 60 000$ to 70 000$ per year.

Horaire: Evenings, from 4pm to midnight, Monday to Friday.
