URGENT!! Have you already managed a production personnel and you are a field person? Our client specialized in the food industry and that keeps growing, is looking for two supervisors to join their team. Reporting to the factory director, you will have to plan, organize and supervise daily productions.

Tasks:

  • Ensure the fast pace of a production team of 10 to 15 employees.
  • Make sure that the equipment are in place and are ready to be used for production.
  • Distribute daily production tasks to the production team.
  • Follow the production process according to the orders.
  • Keep track of orders and their production time.
  • Make sure the products needed for further production are available.
  • Make sure the maintenance done by subcontractors is done properly.
  • Ensure company rules and regulations are followed by employees.
  • Apply corporate Health and Safety standards.
  • Constantly being part of improvement.
  • Do other tasks related to the position.

Requirements:

Salary: 50 000$ to 55 000$ per year, based on experience.

Schedule: Rotation schedule, day, evening, night (4 days work and days off)
