Our client is an important Quebec-based manufacturer and is seeking a product engineer who will work in research and development to develop new products or to modify the already existing ones.

Your tasks consist of:

  • Issue trial programs for different projects.
  • Find the necessary material to issue projects.
  • Validate the prototypes used for projects.
  • Write certification reports for many products.
  • Prepare the necessary technical documentation for projects.
  • Conduct many tests while respecting company standards.
  • Measure the Defined Parameters with tools/probes.
  • Take note of the relevant characteristics of the prototype and add the results.
  • Find solutions to problems.
  • Carry out any other similar tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.
  • Knowledge in the AutoCAD and Inventor software.
  • Knowledge of HVAC equipment (an asset).
