A company in Laval is seeking someone with experience in payroll management. Could it be you? Then send us your application immediately.

Your tasks:

• Enter the data related to the weekly pay (around 100).
• Verify and correct the information in the system.
• Create new files for new employees.
• Balance accounts and do their follow up.
• Write book entries regarding the payroll.
• Keep the reports and vacation calendar up to date.
• Answer all questions about further information or made by the employees.
• Any other tasks required for the position.

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Knowledge in the payroll process.
• Experience in manufacturing – an asset.
• Perfectly bilingual – The level of English will be verified during the interview (spoken and written).
• Knowledge in the Nethris system.

Salary: Based on experience
