Our client is a renowned company looking for a resourceful and professional person to fill a temporary position of payroll clerk in Laval. The candidate must start quickly.

Administrative tasks:

• Create computerized files for the payroll;
• Close computerized files for the payroll;
• Update physical files;
• Update computerized files;
• Send documents and special features to the payroll;
• Modify and adjust the system;
• Answer managers’ and employees’ questions related to the payroll;
• Gather data in a folder;
• Manage job termination requests.

Requirements:

• Functional bilingualism.
• One year of experience as a payroll clerk.
• Vocation Studies Diploma in accounting, administration or the equivalent.
• CPA certification, an asset.
• Good knowledge using MS Office, especially Excel.

Salary: 16$ per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Day, from 8am to 4pm

Status: Temporary for an indefinite period
