We are looking for a payroll clerk to complete our Laval team. The main tasks will be related to payroll production (high volume).

Main tasks:   

• Enter data;
• Confirm hours worked;
• Offer customer service to external and internal employees;
• Answer employees and consultants’ calls and emails regarding payrolls;
• Any other tasks related to the position.

Requirements:

• Vocational Studies Diploma in accounting.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in payroll experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office suit (Excel, Word and Outlook).
• Knowledge in the payroll system (NAV, Vision, Titan).
• Bilingualism – oral and written.

Salary: 14$ to 15$ per hour, based on experience + social benefits.

Schedule: 40 hours per week.
