Our client, a distribution center known in the transport industry, is currently looking for a parts clerk who stands out for their resourcefulness and great customer service.

Your responsibilities:

• Help mechanics with parts and clients (Common carrier);
• Ensure that the inventory meets the needs;
• Negotiate and order parts at the best price and based on the deadline;
• Manage guarantees, do follow-ups and orders;
• Update different registers (Tire – Guarantee – Wreckage – Maintenance – Trailer – Trucks - Inventory);
• Help the director of mechanic operations;
• Bring units to the mechanics;
• Follow-up on preventive maintenance program;
• Open and close work purchases;
• Follow-up on equipment wreckage with the appropriate people.

Requirements:

• Secondary 5 completed or equivalent;
• Organized;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Very comfortable using a computer and working Excel;
• Able to fable orders and instructions;
• Eager to learn;
• Able to work standing for long hours.

Salary: 14$ to 16$ per hour.

Schedule: Day, Tuesday to Saturday / ends at 3pm on the Saturday.

Status: Temporary.
